One practice that Dr. Glasser asked his clients to do is list down people they think they can maintain relationships with. They are also tasked to list down their dreams and goals. He would then ask if some of these relationships, dreams, and goals they have are feasible.

If the answer is no, he asks them to scratch them out and then add something more feasible. They repeat this activity until the client achieves an achievable quality world. You can do the same activity at your leisure. Once you’ve achieved a feasible quality world, you’ll then easily accept it because you can certainly achieve it in your life.

A mandala is a disc or a circle that contains many symbols of a particular culture or life. In this case, your mandala is a representation of your current life. Many people can express their freedom through art. Some art may even show an unconscious thought that you might have that could be a dream or hope you have in your future. It can certainly be tough to interpret your mandala, but doing it is calming enough for most people.

Everyone needs to express art. As human beings, we are born with a creative mind. Sure, some people may be more creative than others, but we all have it. Expressing this creativity can soothe your mind, body, and soul, as you can see a reflection of who you are within it. So try drawing your mandala.
